Skinners Brewery

Skinner’s is an independent family owned and run brewery founded in July 1997.

Based in Truro, Skinner’s team of brewers produce award winning ales including Betty Stogs, Cornish Knocker, and Ginger Tosser, using only Cornish barley and all of which were available to try in full at the Pentillie Festival of Speed. There was also a brand new ale brewed specially for, and named after the event itself!

Having converted their derelict hill barn Mary and Derek gather the apples which are then crushed, pressed, pasteurised and bottled and even have vitamin C added as an antioxidant. The result is a deliciously refreshing apple juice devoid of artificial flavourings, preservatives, colourings, sweeteners or water in our apple juice.
